China Daily | Updated: 2013-06-25 07:43

The world's top player Novak Djokovic will make his highly anticipated return to this year's China Open, organizers confirmed on Monday.

With Djokovic returning, the China Open will feature two of the "Big Four" on the ATP World Tour; this year's French Open winner Rafael Nadal recently confirmed he will play in the Beijing tournament.

This is the tenth year since the inaugural China Open and Alfred Zhang, China Open tournament director, said this year's tournament, to be held during the National Day holiday from Sept 22 to Oct 6, should be an exciting one for fans. It is the richest tournament in Asia in terms of prize money and will host the world's top WTA and ATP players.
